Deadend

Deadend responds to a site in the harbour town Nexø, on the Danish island Bornholm. Once a thriving fishing town
nearly all inhabitants’ lives centred around the harbour and sea. However, nowadays the harbour echoes void and desolation as Nexø has yet to find its new identity. By placing a staircase that leads nowhere in front of an apparent door I comment on what has been and no longer is.
